We are proud to announce that the European Dental Hygienists Federation (EDHF) is partnering up with the Sunstar Foundation. Together, we have established an Award of Distinction program for dental hygienists inside EDHF’s delegate network.

The SUNSTAR/EDHF Awards Of Distinction are established to recognize and celebrate impactful individual success stories by dental hygienists. Those success stories can be in patient care, community work, education, research; anything that has elevated the dental hygienist profession.
Nominations for the 2023 edition will be accepted from January 15th until March 31st, 2023. Nomination only requires written answers to a set of questions (150-350 words per answer) that inquire what you – or the colleague you’re nominating – have done to elevate the dental hygiene profession within a certain category.
